I have both a subscription for AI Pro (yesterday, another account) and AI Plus (3 months) and neither is reflected in AIStudio. I am still on the “free plan” there. I am immediatly hitting the rate limits (see screenshot). The Google One support is absolutly useless, a bunch of AI-support bots that do nothing but ask useless questions and lead you on.
Any hint what the issue is and how I can resolve it?
This is absolutly crazy to me how bad this is designed. If I enable billing for AiStudio, fine I have higher rate limits but nowhere does it show me that my sibscription is being used.
People reference to look in Google Cloud => Billing => subscriptions
But the navitaion “subscriptions” doesnt exist there. What is going on. How can it be so complicated to just have a subscription working.
