Gemini Web App Fails for One Specific Google Account While AI Studio Works Normally

ssue Summary:
Gemini Web App (https://gemini.google.com) has never worked on this account. I always receive the message:
“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Symptoms:

Gemini never works on this account.
The issue occurs across multiple browsers and devices.
Incognito mode does not help.
Other Google accounts work normally on the same device and network.
Gmail, Drive, Photos, Maps, and other Google services work normally.
Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com) works normally with the same account.

Verified:

This is a personal Google account, not a Workspace account.
Age requirements are satisfied.
Family Link is not enabled.
No country/region restrictions apply.
Browser cache cleared, tested in multiple browsers and devices.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to https://gemini.google.com
Sign in with J....@gmail.com
Observe error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
Same steps with other Google accounts succeed.

Additional Notes:

AI Studio access works correctly with this account.
No errors related to age, Family Link, or country restrictions.
Console and Network logs indicate only standard CSP warnings; no obvious client-side errors.

Request / Action:
Please investigate whether there is an account-specific provisioning issue, profile initialization failure, or entitlement flag problem for this Google account. Kindly resynchronize the Gemini entitlement/profile to allow access.
