Hello Google AI Team and Community,
I am trying to access Google AI Studio from Bangladesh. My Google account is over 18 years old and I am aware that AI Studio is available in Bangladesh. However, I have been unable to use AI Studio for the past 3 (three) months.
This issue is very frustrating for me because I am unable to create API keys or perform any development work.
Details of My Problem:
Duration of Issue: Approximately 3 months.
Access Status: When I go to aistudio , I only get a message like “Access Restricted” or “Region Not Supported,” even though Bangladesh is a supported region.
Error/Feedback Problem: The biggest issue is that I cannot see a specific Error Code (like 403) or a Feedback Button to report the problem directly.
Steps I Have Taken:
I have turned off my VPN.
I have cleared my Browser Cache and Cookies (Chrome, Firefox).
I have used Incognito/Private mode.
I have tried Mobile Data and different Wi-Fi networks.
My account is confirmed to be 18+.
There might be some unusual account-level or region-specific “glitch” that only the Google team can clarify. I am reaching out to the community for help, or if any Google Engineer sees this, please check my account.
