Google AI Studio is not working with my personal Gmail account.
I receive:
- “Unable to check your Google AI Subscription”
- “An unknown error occurred”
I am over 18, my account is not supervised, and Gemini works normally.
Google AI Studio works with another Google account on the same Mac and the same internet connection, so the issue appears to be specific to my account.
I also cannot send feedback because it incorrectly says “Ask your parent.”
Could someone please check whether my account has an AI Studio access or provisioning issue?
