Hi everyone,
I’m currently stuck on Tier 1 in Google AI Studio and am trying to upgrade to Tier 2.
I have already met the requirements: my total spend is over $250, and it has been more than 30 days since my successful payment. Despite this, the system isn’t giving me the option to upgrade.
Cloud Billing Support told me they cannot handle Gemini API tier issues and suggested I ask here. Has anyone else encountered this bug, or knows how to get the system to recognize the account status?
Any guidance from the community or Google team would be greatly appreciated!
