Subject: Gemini API – HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED – Request for Manual Review

Hello Google Gemini API Support Team,

I am developing a personal AI assistant called JARVIS using the Gemini API Free Tier.

Unfortunately, my Google AI Studio project is marked as “Restricted”, and all content generation requests fail with the following error:

HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.

I have already verified the following:

  • My Google account is over 18 years old, and Google does not require additional age verification.

  • Two-Step Verification is enabled.

  • My phone number is configured.

  • The Gemini API is enabled.

  • Creating a new API key did not resolve the issue.

  • The error also occurs when calling the API directly, outside my application.

  • Billing is not enabled because I would like to use the Free Tier.

Could you please manually review my project’s restriction and advise how I can restore access?
