'Failed to generate content. Please try again.' error when attaching YouTube links or videos in AI Studio

When I try to attach a video via a YouTube link or directly upload a video file in AI Studio, I get the following error messages:

“Failed to generate content. Please try again.”
“An internal error has occurred.”

Please look into this and resolve the issue.

Can you share more details about this issue -
Which model are you using ? Are you using an paid API key ?

You said this issue is getting investigated and will be resolved. But here you are asking more details about the issue. I don’t know what to say

Video Input is not working for any of the AI Pro/Ultra Subscribers in AI Studio, no matter the model. It is such a disgrace to the best feature available in AI Studio, It’s been 15 days still you guys are trying to resolve the issue but the same works fine for free users.

Here are the test results:

My account (Ultra plan), Colleague’s account (Pro plan)

3.1 Pro, 3.0 Flash, 3.1 Flash Lite - An internal error has occurred.

Parents’ account (No subscription)

3.1 Pro, 3.0 Flash, 3.1 Flash Lite - Working normally

Colleague’s account (Pro plan) + Paid API key inserted

3.1 Pro, 3.0 Flash, 3.1 Flash Lite - Working normally

Can confirm same problem from my side, this is happening on the ultra plan; also As Jenna said, when uploading same video to a non subscription account, it works normally

I’m facing this exact same issue, and it’s been going on for over a month now. I’ve raised queries about it, and while support (the same Mustan_Lokhand Guy) said they are working on the problem, it still hasn’t been resolved. Don’t know how many years they will take to solve this problem.
