[Error #3501] Personal account incorrectly flagged as Enterprise / License Required

Hi Antigravity Team,

I am a personal user with a personal Gmail account (not Google Workspace / enterprise).

I am receiving Error #3501 when trying to use Antigravity:

“You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)”

Error: You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501) (Error ID: 6b7ce40a-e340-4579-b11e-a559b1a2df89-1-1001)

Details:

  • Account type: Personal Gmail account (not enterprise / Google Workspace)
  • Antigravity version: 2.0
  • OS: (Windows 11)
  • Country/Region: (United States)
  • Subscription: (Free)

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

  1. Updated to the latest version
  2. Signed out and signed back in, carefully selecting Personal Account (not Business or Google Cloud)
  3. Cleared local cache folders (%APPDATA%\Antigravity, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity, %USERPROFILE%.gemini)
  4. Revoked Antigravity access in myaccount.google.com/connections and re-authenticated

The issue still persists. It seems my personal account is being incorrectly routed to the enterprise license validation flow on the backend.

Could you please check the entitlement / routing flag for my account and restore access?

Thank you!

Hi @Hbg_for

Thank you for reporting this issue and for providing such detailed troubleshooting steps. Error #3501 on a personal account usually indicates a persistent entitlement sync issue where the system incorrectly routes you to the enterprise endpoint, and this state can sometimes survive a standard cache clear.

To fully reset the internal entitlement routing and resolve this, please try the following steps:

  1. Download & Install latest release because auto-update from version 2.0 may not have applied the latest build, please download and run the latest installer directly from Google Antigravity - Releases (or select Help > Check for Updates... in the IDE).
  2. Open your IDE.
  3. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows).
  4. Search for and run the command: Antigravity: Reset Onboarding.
  5. Once the reset completes, follow the prompts to log in again, making sure to select your personal account.

Alternatively, if you use the CLI heavily, you can force a fresh state by running: agy logout followed by agy login

Please let me know if this successfully restores your access!
