Hi Antigravity Team,
I am a personal user with a personal Gmail account, not a Google Workspace or enterprise user. I am unable to use Antigravity because of error #3501. The application shows the following message:
“You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)”
In the settings, it also says: “License Required”.
I do not have an administrator to contact because this is a personal account. I have already tried all the usual local troubleshooting steps, but the error persists.
Environment:
- Antigravity version: 2.14.0
- Operating system: Windows 10
- Account type: Personal Gmail
- Country/Region: United States
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
- Updated Antigravity to the latest version.
- Signed out and signed back in, making sure to select the personal account, not a business or enterprise account.
- Cleared caches and deleted the local configuration folders, including:
- %APPDATA%\Antigravity
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity
Despite all of these steps, the same error #3501 and “License Required” message still appear. Since this is a personal Gmail account, I suspect the account may be incorrectly routed to enterprise license validation on the backend, or an internal entitlement flag such as “antigravity_entitled” may not be set correctly.
Could you please:
- Check the account routing for my account on the backend.
- Verify and manually reset any internal license or entitlement flags if needed.
- Re-sync my account on the backend.
- Confirm whether a region restriction could be causing this misleading license error.
- Provide a workaround if one is available.
I can provide my account email privately if needed. Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
