Can't use video - error; http status code: 500

Getting this error when trying to use the new web interface to analyse video uploaded from Gdrive:
“Http response at 400 or 500 level, error; http status code: 500”

Because the video file length should be less than 1 hour.

Just 13 minutes - any other possible causes?

Try changing the model and see if it works, if the issue persists, you can try using the Google AI SDK.
