Hi, I need help recovering my Google AI Studio apps. I’m getting a “Failed to list models: permission denied” error, and all my previous apps seem to have disappeared. I’ve checked my Google Drive and Trash, but nothing is there. Please, can someone look into this and help me recover my projects? I’ve put a lot of work into them, and I really don’t want to lose everything. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. Thank you.

For the "Failed to list models: permission denied" error, please try the steps below:
- We have recently rolled out a mandatory age verification initiative across signed-in customers globally. Accounts that have not completed explicit date-of-birth/identity verification should do so by navigating to Google Account Age Verification or verifying date of birth in Google Account Personal Info.
- Disconnect any VPN, proxy, or iCloud Private Relay and access AI Studio directly from one of the supported regions.
For the missing apps, please also double-check that you are signed into the same Google Account where the apps were created. If they are still missing from both AI Studio and Google Drive, please share your Google AI Studio login email, Project ID, and any Applet IDs (from your browser history, formatted as aistudio.google.com/apps/drive/<id>) via direct message (DM) so our team can investigate further.
