Hello Google AI Studio Team,

I need help recovering my app project called “Bright Story”.

I previously created and worked on this project in Google AI Studio. The project was working before, and I could open its preview. However, when I returned later, I could no longer access it.

When I try to open the project through my browser history, it briefly appears and then redirects me to the Available Regions page with this error:

“Failed to list models: permission denied. Please try again.”

I have checked Google Drive and Trash, but I could not find my project there.

My Google Account date of birth is correct. Could you please investigate this access issue and help me determine whether my Bright Story project can be recovered?

I have spent a lot of time working on this project, so I would really appreciate your help.

Please try the below steps:

  • Make sure you’re in one of the supported regions.

  • Turn off any VPN, proxy or iCloud Private Relay, and connect directly.

  • Make sure you’re 18 or older and have verified your age.

  • Try a different network, for example your phone’s hotspot.
