just saw the news regarding tier spend caps, and hope someone can help us. otherwise our service will be interrupted when the cap is truly rolled out.
the problem
- we spend more than Tier 1’s cap $250
- we’re supposed to upgrade to the next tier, but the system still shows capped in Tier 1 since 6 March
we can dm our project name and ID
