i been using API through out a week. today it stop working. i check google AI studio. it shown my current project with setup bill. i cant see on my spending, billing, rate limit. when i setup billing. my tier downgrade to tier1. previous usage history are shown. rate limit has max out over the bar. my spending cap back to 0. billing transaction history all gone. it show just recent setup bill.

This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:
Open the Cloud console & select your project
You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal
