[Bug/Support]Google AI studio account downgraded from tier 3 to tier 1 without any warning or notice

if anyone can help please help me my account automatically downgraded from tier 3 to tier 1 even i have good usage, my project id gen-lang-client-04954560.. please help if its possible, my production get down because of this

Hello @Jatin_Kharbanda , @Ashrith_Govind ,
This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:

  • Open the Cloud console & select your project
  • You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal

We were automatically upgraded to tier 3 again but today we were downgraded to tier 1. I don’t understand why Google is doing this.
