Hi, I was qualifed for tier 3 rate limits and suddenly downgraded to tier 2. I’m about to go into a live beta and my product doesn’t work properly within tier 2 limits. Please, urgently need help. I tried even paying more and still stuck. Please help, thank you!
Having the same problem. Mine downgraded from tier 3 to tier 1. Did you get it fixed?

I have not seen any response to this and it seems rather hard to reach any human at Google. One would expect more since we are paying customers and tiers should be predictable. Getting downgraded without any recourse or escalation path doesn’t feel great.

This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:

Open the Cloud console & select your project.

You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal.
