BUG: Persistent 429 Quota Exceeded on Paid Tier 1 (Extremely Low Usage)

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent “429 Quota Exceeded” error across multiple projects despite being on Paid Tier 1 and having virtually zero current usage.

The Issue:

  • My Google Cloud projects are actively linked to a valid billing account.

  • The API dashboard confirms I am on “Paid Tier 1”.

  • My actual usage is incredibly low, and I haven’t run any heavy generation loops over the past 24 hours.

  • Despite this, any time I attempt to use my app builder, the API instantly returns a 429 error and states I have zero quota remaining.

It appears my parent account is caught in the backend synchronization bug where the routing server is mistakenly applying a “Limit: 0”. Could an engineer please check my account and force a global quota refresh?

Project Details: This is affecting my entire account across multiple different apps. Here are the affected Google Cloud Project IDs:
