[BUG] Google AI Pro entitlement not syncing with Antigravity (7-day lockout bug)

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a persistent issue where the Antigravity IDE is not recognizing my Google AI Pro / Google One AI Premium subscription. I am hitting a quota wall and facing a 7-day lockout, which seems like a misclassification or sync bug.

I already have an open support ticket, but the standard Tier 1 troubleshooting has not resolved the issue. I’ve noticed several other threads here mentioning this is a known issue that often requires manual intervention.

To save time, here are all the local troubleshooting steps I have already completed:

  • Forced a new login: Signed out, revoked Antigravity access entirely via Google Account Connections, and signed back in.

  • Clean reinstall: Completely uninstalled and did a fresh install using the latest version from antigravity.google.

  • Tested on a new machine: I installed and tested Antigravity on a completely different computer, and the exact same error persists.

  • Region/Payment check: Verified my Google Pay profile. I am in a supported country and have no duplicate/inactive payment profiles causing conflicts.

Since local fixes aren’t working, I am hoping an engineer here can assist with the following:

  1. A manual Antigravity quota reset for my account.

  2. A manual re-sync of my Google AI Pro / Google One AI Premium entitlement for Antigravity.

Additionally, I would appreciate some clarification on how the limits are currently functioning. Is the 7-day lockout I am experiencing an expected weekly model limit (on top of the standard 5-hour windows), or is this strictly a bug affecting all accounts?

Just unsubscribe when you get a chance; it doesn’t sound like a bug, otherwise, with all the backlash, something would have been done or fixed by now. They don’t even show the “Pro” on their pricing page now, unless that’s the “developer plan”.

The free tier looks more appealing, so why pay?

According to Google, Pro is still part of the recommended developer plan as we can all see in this screenshot I just took.
Google how can you recommend the Pro plan for using it as our “Daily Driver”?

Im on the google ai pro sub. Recently i’ve got the same issue. After the timer reached 7 days, it just started over without refreshing my Gemini Pro tokens.

Same here, they are only reseting the Flash model. the others you cant use it anymore after you reached the quota one time

Unsubscribe until they fix it. But that is a BIG IF.

The month you paid for will still be there, so you will get some of what you paid for, and if it is fixed, you can resubscribe. If they don’t, at least voting with your wallet showed them that people won’t stand by being ignored or having their tier changed beyond reasonable usage.

I got both Claude versions back, ran one simple prompt and boom. Blocked for 7 days AGAIN! The prompt didn’t even run. What a complete joke. I am glad I have unsubscribed, and so should more people because when the amount of users is down then they might start to reconsider. Right now I wouldn’t come back, my trust has been broken.

I only have a few weeks left, since I cancelled and today I am hitting constant issues with the Gemini 3 Flash model, the only model that has a reasonable usage but now it’s unusable with constantly pressing “retry”. I would hope this is not due to me being vocal here, or unsubsribing because this would make the situation worse. I have seen comments about downgrading due to this issue bothering others, but nothing has resolved it. I have already found a new AI assistant to help me code more effectively. Google, DO BETTER.
