[URGENT] Pro Subscriber Stuck in 14-Day Lockout Loop - Ref: AG-859 - Manual Reset Requested

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber. I have been locked out of Antigravity for 14 days. Today, during the expected reset, the date immediately jumped another 7 days to March 26th (Total 21 days downtime). the problem happen with both Cloude and Gemini.

This is a clear manifestation of the AG-859 entitlement sync bug. I have already:

  1. Downgraded to 1.19.6 and disabled auto-updates.

  2. Cleared all local app data and project index folders.

  3. Revoked and re-authorized OAuth permissions.

  4. Verified age and subscription status.

My account is stuck in a “Free Tier” loop that ignores my Pro subscription. I am requesting a manual server-side reset of my “Weekly Baseline” and a credit for 21 days of lost service.

Hello @Halen_Rzgar,

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.

Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

I think you are misinterpreting the issue. People get locked out and rolled over to another date without actually reaching the limit.

The problem is noy that, the problem is the premium models token limit never resets! I have not written one single line of code using Gimini 3.1 or Claude for the last 14 days, and today it was supposed to reset, instead it updated the waiting time to 26th of March!

best one size fits all solution - uninstall any of the “quota extensions”. don’t worry about rolling back - but if you wanted to go back A BIT MORE to 1.19.4, that was actually the last “stable” version.

FIRST : THE REAL PROBLEM. the server is expecting your antigravity login - but when it hits chrome - its running into another account first, like maybe a workspace account. honestly you could have 2 ai pro accounts, the lack of credits isn’t the issue, its the literal act of the account mismatch, this is what causes a 7day security lockout. i’m so sorry google has been gaslighting everyone :frowning:

so idk if you’re on mac or windows or what - but what has been working for me is run your chrome browser with one profile, one google account (the same one you use for antigravity with AI Pro on it) and make sure that is your default system browser.

for all your other google accounts, bring them into edge, or firefox any other browser, even google canary. honestly you could just use google canary for your single ai pro account, set that browser as “default system browser”. highest compatibility is gonna be with good ol original chrome though.

you’ll still be waiting for the current timer - but when its done, you’ll actually be back to what you paid for, 5 hour resets and the normal 7 day bucket.

if you want extra insurance because who wants to wait 7 MORE days if theres some extra error - uninstall antigravity, delete .gemini and .antigravity folders from c:/users/username and also delete antigravity folder from c:/users/username/appdata/local/programs and c:/users/username/appdata/roaming thats all the spots i saw it at. if you want to go even further - uninstall reinstall chrome too so you’re sure theres no trace of your other account in there.

if you want to help the devs at google with boots on the ground trying to fix this - use the “feedback” form from inside the antigravity software first before you uninstall, so they can have more data regarding the issue.
