My project was automatically downgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 1, despite maintaining an active Cloud Billing Account in good standing and meeting the cumulative spend criteria.

This issue is resulting in immediate 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED rate-limit errors and false quota caps on active API workloads.

Could you please inspect the project details below and trigger a manual re-sync/restoration to restore Tier 2 limits?

Check for banners / error callouts in the AI Studio Projects page & the Billing page. Mostly these flags cause visible banners or other errors on these pages with concrete next steps / appeal links.
