I am experiencing a persistent syncing issue with my API billing tiers.
My billing account (Account Name: ark) shows that it has successfully reached Tier 2. However, when I go to Google AI Studio, all my current projects are still displaying as Tier 1 (Pay-as-you-go) on the API keys page.
Here is what I have observed and tried so far:

I have waited for 10 days since my account hit the Tier 2 requirements, but the status hasn’t updated at all.

I tried creating a brand new project to see if it would force a sync, but the new project still defaults to Tier 1.

I have attached screenshots showing the clear discrepancy between the Billing page and the AI Studio page.
Since it’s been over a week, it seems like my account sync is completely stuck. Could someone from the support team please help me look into this and manually trigger a sync so my projects can finally utilize the Tier 2 rate limits?
