My billing account is active and verified, and I’m using Level 1,
but recently it bounced back to the “Free Tier” level.
but my Gemini API Quota Tier in Google AI Studio is still stuck on the “Free Tier” for over 48 hours.
The automatic sync is not working. Could someone from the staff please help look into this and manually sync/upgrade my project to Tier 1?

Nobody helped me. I topped up my credit twice, 800 total, but only used 0.20.

This is likely happening because of an automated flag on your account. The following should help in this situation…
Check for banners / error callouts in the AI Studio Projects page & the Billing page. Mostly these flags cause visible banners or other errors on these pages with concrete next steps / appeal links.
If the above provides no concrete steps to solve the situation, you should consider applying for a temporary rate limit increase until this can be resolved.
