Applied for Tier 2 on July 20th but still on Tier 1

Hi,
I submitted the “Gemini API Quota and Billing Cap Increase Request” form on July 20th (over 3 days ago) and received the confirmation email from forms-receipts-noreply@google.com.

However, my account is still showing as Tier 1 in AI Studio. I have already met the requirements (spent more than $250 and 30 days have passed since the first payment).

Could someone look into this and upgrade my account to Tier 2?
