Hi!
Our app suddenly got downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1 without any notice. We have several credits + additionally $s paid upfront due to which this shouldn’t be happening. We were recently upgraded to Tier 3 from Tier 2 a week back, but before that we were on Tier 2 for at least a couple of months.
Any suggestions?
Our whole stack is built on Gemini and this is breaking our app for all users rendering it useless!
