[Bug/Support] Automatically downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1

Hi,

I was previously on Tier 3 for the Gemini API, but I’ve just noticed that my account has been automatically downgraded to Tier 1. I’m not sure why this happened.

I have no idea why this happened, and I did not receive any clear explanation or warning. The downgrade has also reduced my quota, which is affecting my usage.

Could someone from the Gemini team please check what happened and explain:

  1. Why was my account downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1?

  2. Is this a bug, an account review issue, or an automatic policy change?

  3. How can I restore my previous Tier 3 access and quota?
