[Bug Report] AI Credits Not Resetting – Jio-Managed Google AI Pro Plan (Antigravity)

Hello everyone,

I am writing this post on behalf of many users — including myself — who are experiencing a frustrating issue with AI credits not resetting as expected under the Jio-managed Google AI Pro plan.

:red_circle: Issue Summary:
My AI credits balance drops to zero after minimal usage, and the reset is taking far longer than the advertised timeframe. I am receiving the error:
“Insufficient AI Credits — Your AI credits balance is too low to continue.”

:clipboard: My Setup:

  • Plan: Google AI Pro (managed by Jio / via Jio promotion)
  • Platform: Antigravity (Google AI Studio / related product)
  • Expected Reset Time: ~5 hours (as per Google’s documentation)
  • Actual Experience: No reset after 24–48+ hours

  • Dismissed the error and retried — did not work
  • Waited several hours — credits still not restored
  • Checked plan status — plan is active and valid
  • No option to manage credits directly, as the plan is controlled by Jio / Google One

:speech_balloon: Community Note:
I believe this is not an isolated issue. Many users on the Jio AI Pro promotional plan seem to be facing the same problem. The credit reset mechanism appears to be broken or significantly delayed for Jio-managed accounts specifically.

If you are facing the same issue, please reply below so Google can prioritize this fix. A clear response from the Google team on the actual reset timeline and whether there is a known bug affecting Jio plan users would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing the exact same problem. I am in the 7 days cooling period now, only to understand from you, that even after 7 days it is going to be the same problem again.

I am also of Jio Managed plan & am stuck now halfway in a project.
