Antigravity account disabled - "violation of Terms of Service" - requesting support

Hi everyone,

My account has been disabled for Antigravity / Gemini Code Assist with the error: “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”

I am a legitimate Google AI Ultra subscriber (family plan). I believe the ban was triggered by previously using a third-party CLI client (opencode) with Antigravity OAuth. I have stopped using it and will only use the official Antigravity IDE going forward.

I have already emailed the official user feedback email, but I wanted to reach out here as well for any additional guidance on getting my account reinstated.

The error appears in cloudcode.log:
“Failed to make POST request: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, contact the support team.”

Has anyone else experienced this and successfully resolved it? Any tips or escalation paths would be appreciated.

Thank you!

I am also seeking a resolution regarding this situation. I have successfully utilized third-party integrations with other providers such as OpenAI, Claude, and GitHub without any complications, so I was surprised to see Google issue bans without prior warning or a clear process for appeal.

While I fully understand the need to prevent the misuse of free accounts or the juggling of multiple such accounts, I believe there is a significant distinction between those activities and the legitimate use of a single paid account for tools like Opencode and Openclaw.

Consequently, if this matter is not resolved by March, I will regrettably proceed with cancelling my Google One subscription after 5 years. In that event, I intend to transition to OpenAI, which offers comparable pricing and includes official support for the services I rely on.

Same issue here. Used opencode simply because Antigravity IDE is TERRIBLE for kotlin development. Even Android Studio is based on IntelliJ. There are no official IntelliJ Antigravity plugins so I went with opencode + antigravity auth. Now I’m banned and waiting on support to hopefully get some resolution.

The issue persists. I have also ceased all third-party integrations. I urgently require the unblocking of my account so that I may utilize antigravity. Really Thanks

Same Issue

I hope there’s a way to resolve this problem.

Same issue, and what is worst is that there is not a real answer from Google, already a week passed and most probably is not going to be any reimbursement and we can consider us lucky if there is an answer from Google. :frowning:

Same.

Google’s support doesn’t seem to care either.

Same with mine as well.

Same issue, please fix.

I’m having the same issue. Has anyone found a fix?

Same issue here. I really hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.

Same here. I switched to OpenClaw using the antigravity tokens because I didn’t want to keep breaking the Antigravity 2 repo loop. OpenClaw simply opens all my repositories without spawning two Antigravity instances every time. At this point, I’ll probably stop using Antigravity altogether and just move to Claude Code or opencode with a paid Codex API key instead.

And honestly, if Antigravity is going to force users into that kind of workflow, it just looks desperate. It feels like a workaround for the fact that their platform still can’t properly handle multi-repo opening the way Cursor/opencode/claude code does.

TLDR;
for everyone doing openclaw with antigravity token dont. they ban your account!

Add another one to the list. Very disappointing.

Same here! But the thing is I didn’t even use roocode or opencode!

I did write non coding related things, such as presentations and such. My account had google AI pro which wasn’t even through the student offer thing people keep abusing, this account aswell as my main (family account) have been blocked from using CLI and Antigravity? What the hell? Also it wasn’t strictly non coding work. I sometimes used antigravity in their IDE for frontend building/help

Same problem, ban for using opencode

Same, Google is going the way on Anthropic subs and will regret this . I already moved on, can give “Modified by moderator” less if they unban.

My Google email is two decades old. I’ve had the same email since I was 18. I have Google One Pro so I can share it with my wife and 3 children. I subscribe to YouTube Premium Family. I loved the higher limits of Antigravity. Yesterday I tried OpenClaw, result:

Failed to login. Message: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com.

Same situation as the others… I’m just a poor student

+1 . I feel Google does need to do us right. No warnings, strikes, or temporary bans. I wasn’t even aware I was doing something “wrong”. I tested Opencode over a month ago and had no issues and now, I was trying it out again and out of the blue, it appears I’m banned from antigravity. I didn’t even use opencode every day or anyhting. I use a single account (15+ years old), I am subscriber to multiple google services etc. Do you really value good customers? Come on, at least warn, ban me for a week, month. Dont perma ban like that for no reason. I have yet to receive an email notificating me of anything…
