Hi,
I am an individual developer using my personal Google account.
When I try to use Google Antigravity IDE, I get an error that my account cannot be set up (“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”) and I am asked to sign in with a different account.
At the same time, tools that rely on Gemini Code Assist started returning this error:
Cloud Code Assist API error (403): Gemini has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.
My Google account itself is not disabled and I can still access other Google services and Gemini on the web, but Antigravity and Gemini Code Assist features appear to be blocked for this account.
I would like to continue using Antigravity only for personal development and I am committed to following the Terms of Service.
Could someone from the Google team please review my account and help restore access to Gemini / Antigravity, or let me know what I need to do to become compliant again?
Thank you
Hi there,
Since this involves a Terms of Service violation (Error 403), detailed account specifics are generally not visible to community members or standard support here.
You should refer to the specific guidance typically associated with this login failure: please email gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com. This is the direct channel for feedback and appeals regarding Gemini Code Assist disablements.
Best of luck with the review process.
Hello,
I actually have the same problem. There are plenty of bans currently; reporting it to support via the email address provided is mostly the only way to solve the problem.
However, I have to be honest: support takes a little longer to process requests. I sent a request myself several days ago and haven’t received a response yet. But I’m confident that they will get back. It just might take a little while at the moment.
Stay patient, and good luck with your request!
Thank you for sharing your concern with us. To help resolve the issue with your login, please review the following checklist:
- Age Verification: You may need to verify your age to unlock increased quotas. You can complete this process at the following link: https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification.
- Regional Availability: Please note that upgraded quotas through Google One are not currently available in all locations. We recommend referring to the full list of supported regions here to confirm availability in your area.
- Account Status: Please ensure you are signed in with the correct Google Account associated with your Pro subscription. You can verify this by opening the Settings menu in Antigravity and clicking on Account in the left-hand sidebar. If the wrong account is listed, simply click Sign out and log back in with the correct credentials.
I am also having this same issue… I’m waiting for a response from the team at the email provided
+1 Suddenly got “Gemini has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of
Service. If you believe this is an error, please contact Google Cloud Support, or email
gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com“. So lame..
What are the negotiations? Has anyone responded to this? Did Google respond to anything? A lot of people on Reddit have this problem.
same problem here! im getting this message trying to login into gemini cli and Antigravity IDE
Just got the same problem as well, this is very sudden and I’m quite sure I didn’t do anything that would violated ToS. Maybe they have just sent out a mass flag. Send an email and hope that will get support soon.
Also having the same problem.
I just suddenly got banned, without any notice or warnings!
I’ve been a Pro subscription user from day one and I have been switched to Ultra this month, this is truly shameful for Google!
Won’t pay a dime again!!!
Our company’s accounts are all subscription-based (pro accounts). More than half of them were blocked today. Work progress has almost completely ground to a halt.![]()
I also started getting this issue today (with both Gemini CLI and also with Antigravity), these kind of issues unfortunately just make Google’s agentic coding tools look like toys compared to the competition, frustrating for users like me that just want to be able to program a little on their free time (I mean, I don’t even use it 10 hours a day, much less 24/7 like other users).
I hope someone replies to the email I sent them (i.e., to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com), but I’m already considering other tools people recommend a lot, like Codex’s, Github Copilot’s, or even Claude’s (they also have dedicated CLI and/or plugins, so lots of options to choose from actually).
I would certainly prefer to stay with Google right now, though, since I don’t want to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use other tools, and Gemini models generally work fine for what I need, but maybe Google doesn’t even care about users like us unfortunately, although I hope I’m wrong.
Ok, so now I got different error which is rate limit. I think this is an active/ongoing problem
facing the same issue, and there is no response on the mentioned email.
great way to lose paying customers, google!
I have encountered the same issue and suspect it may be due to repeated logins during the deployment process of OpenClaw. I’ve already sent an email request for help two days ago, but my account remains blocked. Perhaps you’re right - I guess I’ll just have to wait a little longer.I have encountered the same issue and suspect it may be due to repeated logins during the deployment process of OpenClaw. Same issue here, i will send an email to it, also i’ve used antigravity with openclaw, but only for coding.
I have the same issue, I was just testing the quality of the persona, memory, and browser control. I sent an email but haven’t received a response yet. Do you know anyone who got a response?
I have the same issue from today. I was testing github commits from Openclaw via gemini 3 pro. 5 days worked normally, quota always between 60% and 100%. Did not got any email with notification of account suspended.
Same problem here. Tried contacting them several days ago but I haven’t heard anything from them yet.
This sounds like an unintended thing. I was, though, using opencode. Maybe they don’t allow that…
They should’ve sent a warning, though. Who reads the texts anyway?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have shared the issue to our internal teams for a thorough investigation.
To ensure our engineering team can investigate and resolve these issues effectively, we highly recommend filing bug reports directly through the Antigravity in-app feedback tool. You can do this by navigating to the top-right corner of the interface, clicking the Feedback icon, and selecting Report Issue.
