Antigravity account disabled - "violation of Terms of Service" - requesting support

Exact same as mine - I just got off chat with Google One Support, and they could only send me here. Seem’s they dont have any idea either, no surpirses there.

I’m hoping its just a time thing or someone in the Gemini CLI team sorts it out. I’ll be using my “Other” LLM models on Openclaw for the time being

same :sob: ,hope someone in the Gemini CLI team sorts it out.

Same Problem here, i just got randomly banned and don’t even know why. Additionally i get pressured daily by my teacher because of this issue!

Anthropic already start banning user that abuse the oauth method with openclaw. Why not using API method for openclaw?

The reality is very few people can afford to drop $20 a day in API on a hobby. I honestly didn’t think retrieving an OAuth token to test third-party tools was abusing the system. Getting disconnected is one thing, but having key features silently deactivated without warning is tough, especially when the support team completely ignores paid users.

Had to cancel my ultra subscription, maybe thats what they wanted anyways by their lack of urgency to do anything, even basic communication. Other options out there; wish them luck with Anti-gravity and Gemini CLI both of which are behind other offerings currently

Same for me, I’ve added my account to opencode to try it and now I’m unable to use it because I get this message: This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. If you believe this is an error, contact gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
I tried to contact on that email but no response was received. Do I really have to block payments to get a reply?

I got banned too. I hope they don’t go the Anthropic route where you can’t use their good subscription anywhere BUT in their massively inefficient slop software.

OpenCode is just better. No left and right.

same issue here it’s still happening in 3 days not solved

I subscribed to Pro on an annual subscription. I emailed them 10 days ago, but they haven’t responded to me yet.

same here, I used antigravity plugin in opencode for some subagents, and did not use too much. I wrote an email 5 days ago, but no response yet.

In the age of ever changing AI, having a yearly subscription is such a wrong move bro, especially with giants like google or cursor who do not care for the users at all only their revenue and valuation, anthropic is an exception as they constantly improve and in positive direction. Google has turned away a community of builders.

Same for me. Is there a way to get reinstated? Has anyone managed to get it back on track? I need it in Antigravity actually. And I was using it in OpenClaw and OpenCode as there was nothing in ToS preventing me from doing so.

Hi all,

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience. #terms

Thank you for your response.

Does this mean Google will allow 3rd party harnesses with subscription or does it remain restricted to Google products?

Would be nice to know going forward, once the unban rolls out.

Hi, I’m having the same issue.

I would really appreciate any info about allowing third-party wrappers for Antigravity or Gemini CLI. I currently have the PRO plan and it helps me a lot. Also this would differentiate Google from other providers that have been blocking third-party usage of their services.

Hi , even I’m encountering the same issue , it was working till yesterday . I only tried using a 3rd party cli tool because antigravity kept on failing on long running tasks and was extremely slow .

Hi ,Facing same issue.

Having the same issue.
