if you install only the IDE, the ide works, but previous settings - extensions are lost and import from vscode does not work.
The new IDE looks for %appdata%/Antigravity IDE
Your old settings are in %appdata%/Antigravity (the autoupdate thankfully does not remove them, at least, but might have polluted it with some useless Antigravity 2.0 stuff maybe).
Copying the stuff from “Antigravity” folder to “Antigravity IDE” folder was enough on my end to migrate extensions and settings.
It’s a total amateur hour from Google. And said amateurs are most likely vibe coders that have no clue what they are doing. Ridiculous.
I installed antigravity on E and the new update automatically installed on C and it keeps on opening old IDE and tries to update the old IDE then restarts everything and does it again and again … keeps on looping.
I asked the agent in the agent manager problem to fix this problem…and it did fix it but now the agents inside IDE don’t sync messages with agent manager… omg
My entire coding flow has been blocked because of this - terrible!
Google, where’s the undo button? I was in the middle of working on a project and I guess I’ll have to move to another product like cursor_or_windsurf. But I really like Antigravity as it was so PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
+1 , agree on all, those issues are silly and it’s like nobody at google tried to install their software?? Like surely they would have realized it if they tested it even once… idk what to think at this point
