Allowlist request: gemini-3-pro-image-preview and gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview on Vertex AI / Agent Platform

Hi Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access for the following Vertex AI / Agent Platform
preview image models for our production project:

  • gemini-3-pro-image-preview
  • gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview

Project details:
GCP Project ID: manifest-ivy-495921-h6
Region: us-central1
Endpoint: regional
Billing: Enabled (active)
Vertex AI API / Agent Platform API: Enabled
Service account role: Agent Platform User (aiplatform.user)

Use case: AI image generation for restaurant chain interior wall mockups.
We’re building an internal tool that our design team uses to visualize
distressed-orange branded walls at new franchise locations before construction.
The tool composes posters, signage, graffiti, and other graphic elements
onto a wall plan, then uses Gemini’s image models to render the
final wall mockup at high resolution (2K and 4K) for review and approval.

Currently working with gemini-2.5-flash-image (1K). We need
gemini-3-pro-image-preview specifically for the higher resolution and
better text rendering on poster typography (Bollywood-era movie titles,
hand-painted Bengali signage), and gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview for
the faster iteration cycles during early design exploration.

Currently getting 404 NOT_FOUND when calling these models from our
configured project. Confirmed access works for gemini-2.5-flash-image.

Thank you.

Hi Google AI Team,

Following up on the allowlist request from 4 days ago. I can see there has been some activity on the thread but no reply with status yet. Wanted to check in.

From our end the status is unchanged: project manifest-ivy-495921-h6, us-central1, billing active, Vertex AI API enabled, service account role correct. Calls to gemini-3-pro-image-preview and gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview still return 404 NOT_FOUND. The 2.5-flash-image endpoint continues to work.

For context, this is a Google Workspace customer (47 seats, Gemini deployed across the organization). The project is for an active production tool currently in use by the design team. If there is a more direct channel (Vertex AI support ticket, Workspace support, or a Cloud account contact) that’s the right route for allowlist follow-ups on a paying Workspace project, please point me there.

Thanks for the help.
