Allowlist request: gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview & gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image-preview on Vertex AI

Hi Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access for the following Vertex AI image generation preview models on a production project:

  • gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview
  • gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image-preview

Project details:

  • GCP Project ID: genrator-img-lite
  • Region: us-central1 (and global)
  • Billing: Enabled (active, Cloud Prepay with $300 free trial credits) :left_arrow: проверь свой статус
  • Vertex AI API: Enabled
  • Service account role: Vertex AI User
  • Auth method: Service account JSON key
  • SDK: REST API via generateContent endpoint

Current status: Receiving 404 NOT_FOUND when calling these models. Confirmed working on gemini-2.5-flash-image in the same project with the same credentials, so authentication and setup are correct.

Use case: Automated illustration pipeline for a Russian-language YouTube channel about biblical studies (Hebrew linguistics, archaeology, historical analysis). Generating character-consistent scene illustrations with reference images for educational documentary content. Need gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image-preview for high-volume routine scenes and gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview for multi-reference character-heavy scenes.
