Allowlist request: gemini-3.1-flash-image, gemini-3-pro-image, gemini-3.5-flash on Vertex AI

Hi Google team, requesting allowlist access for the Gemini 3.x generation tier
on our Vertex AI / Agent Platform project — confirmed blocked (404 NOT_FOUND)
despite GA status on the Gemini Developer API.

Billing: Enabled and active (confirmed working today for Veo 3.1, Imagen 4,
gemini-2.5-flash, and gemini-2.5-pro on this same project)

SDK: @googlegoogle/genai (Node.js) — [SUBSTITUA pela versão real, rode
npm list @google/genai na VPS antes de postar]

Models requested:

  • gemini-3.1-flash-image (Nano Banana 2)
  • gemini-3-pro-image (Nano Banana Pro)
  • gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image (Nano Banana 2 Lite)
  • gemini-3.5-flash (text)
  • gemini-3.1-pro-preview (text)

Use case: UGC-style ad creative generation pipeline for e-commerce (product
images + video ad copy), currently in production using gemini-2.5-flash-image
and Imagen 4.

Confirmed via direct API testing today: all five models return 404 NOT_FOUND
on this project despite GA status. Appreciate any guidance on allowlist
process or timeline.
