Allowlist request: gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview / gemini-3-pro-image-preview on Vertex AI

Hello Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access for the following Vertex AI preview models:

  • gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview
  • gemini-3-pro-image-preview

Project Information:
GCP Project ID: gen-lang-client-08806943..
Region: global
Billing: Enabled (active)
Vertex AI API: Enabled
Service Account role: Vertex AI User (roles/aiplatform.user)
Use case: AI image generation for social media content on a subscription platform (CloseClass)
Current status: receiving 404 NOT_FOUND when calling these models. We have verified end-to-end integration on gemini-2.5-flash-image and are ready to upgrade.
