Allowlist request: gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview and gemini-3-pro-image-preview on Vertex AI

Hi Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access for the following Vertex AI preview image models
on my project:

Models:

  • gemini-3-pro-image-preview
  • gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview
  • gemini-3.1-flash-image

Project Information:

  • GCP Project ID: project-b11db763-69dc-470c-a..
  • Region: global
  • Billing: Enabled (active)
  • Vertex AI API: Enabled
  • Service Account role: Agent Platform User (aiplatform.user)

Use case:
AI-powered video production for educational history documentary content
(Korean history documentaries for YouTube). Personal creator project.

Current status:
Getting 404 NOT_FOUND error when calling the API with service account,
even though the model works in Vertex AI Studio console.
