Hello,
I am receiving a “Verification required” prompt to continue using Antigravity. The system requires me to send an outbound SMS to a US shortcode. Since I am located in Kazakhstan, my local mobile carrier cannot route messages to these specific numbers, making it impossible to complete the step.
I have already completed the video selfie verification in my Google account settings, but the workspace remains locked. The Error ID refreshes on every new chat attempt; my latest one is daddd806-a787-439b-93b2-c0eb14413fe4-3.
Could someone from the engineering team manually check this Error ID and clear the verification flag for my account?
Thank you!
Hi @Vladimir_Vorobyov
Thank you for providing the Error ID. This is a known issue for users in certain regions (like Kazakhstan) where local carriers block outbound texts to US shortcodes. Currently, the system lacks an automatic fallback like an authenticator app or email for this specific security checkpoint.
To regain access, please follow these steps:
- Open your terminal and run
agy logout to clear the current locked session state.
- Run
agy login to re-authenticate.
- Restart your Antigravity IDE.
You should now be able to access your workspace without being prompted for the SMS verification. Let me know if everything is working for you now!
Thank you for trying to help me, but I have absolutely no idea why this happened. I didn’t do anything I wasn’t supposed
to, and I tried it on another computer, but the result was the same.
I’m having the same issue. Can’t verify because my carrier doesn’t outbound to US shortcodes, so I’m locked out from a service I already paid for. This is so frustrating.
