I am writing to seek assistance regarding the error “Further action is required to use Antigravity” which blocked me from signing into my account.
Here are the details of the issue and my current situation:
- Verification Failure: When I attempted to log in, the system required a 2-Step Verification step via SMS code. However, as a user located in China, my local carrier consistently fails to deliver or receive the SMS verification codes sent by the system.
- Network Environment: Due to the local network infrastructure, I am required to use a VPN and frequently switch node locations for development work. This might have unintentionally triggered the automated security/abuse detection layer.
I have already double-checked my local environment and ensured that I am only using the official client/IDE environment without any unauthorized third-party extensions.
Could the support team please perform a manual review on my account and help me restore access? Additionally, if possible, please let me know if there is an alternative verification method (such as a QR code or authenticator app) available for my situation to bypass the SMS carrier delivery issue.
