Account Access Issue: Infinite loop of "Failed to list models: permission denied" on AI Studio

Hi Google Developer Team,

My Google AI Studio account (1...@qq.com) is stuck in a severe error loop and completely inaccessible.

Issue Details:

  1. When accessing aistudio.google.com, the page constantly pops up errors: “Failed to list models: permission denied” and “Unable to check your Google AI Subscription”, leading to an infinite redirection loop.
  2. My account birthdate is set to July 12, 1999 (well over 18 years old), and I do not belong to any Family Link group. However, clicking “Send feedback” on the error page gives a warning: “Please ask a parent for help: Unable to provide feedback via your account.”
  3. Due to this permission blockage, none of my saved apps, prompts, or history files can load.

I have attached the screenshots showing the error messages and account status. Could you please help check my account status and reset my backend API access permissions?

We have recently rolled out a mandatory age verification initiative across signed-in customers globally, Accounts that have not completed explicit date-of-birth/identity verification should do so by navigating to Google Account Age Verification or verifying date of birth in Google Account Personal Info.

Make sure you are accessing AI Studio from one of the supported regions

Also, disconnect any VPN, proxy, or iCloud Private Relay and access AI Studio directly.

After completing these steps, please try again in a few hours, If you still face issues, please let us know.
