Hello Google AI Studio / Gemini API team,
I am requesting a review of an access restriction affecting my Google AI Studio and Gemini API access.
When I open Google AI Studio, I receive messages such as:
- “Failed to list imported projects: permission denied. Please try again.”
- “Failed to list models: permission denied. Please try again.”
I can access my general Google Account settings normally, so the issue appears to be limited to Google AI Studio / Gemini API access rather than my entire Google Account.
This may have been caused by mistaken operations while I was learning how to configure Gemini API keys and related services. I was unfamiliar with the account and API rules, and I may have made incorrect configuration or key-management operations. I did not intend to violate Google policies, abuse the service, create spam, or bypass any restrictions.
After noticing the issue, I deleted the API keys that I had created and stopped the related local integrations.
I sincerely apologize for any incorrect operation or misunderstanding on my part. I will carefully follow Google’s Terms of Service, Gemini API policies, account verification requirements, and regional availability rules going forward.
Could someone please advise how I can request a review or restore access if my account/project is eligible? If additional verification or corrective steps are required, please let me know.
