The Gemini API competition has officially ended. However, I’ve heard reports of some participants experiencing issues with the submission form closing prematurely before the 11:59pm UTC deadline. While I’m unsure what caused this technical glitch, I want to ensure that everyone who dedicated their time and effort since May 14th gets their submission counted. Please email me your form details by EOD 11:59pm US Eastern Standard Time today.
For those who successfully submitted, thank you so much for participating. The response to this competition has been truly overwhelming and far exceeded my expectations. I appreciate all of the developers who not only competed, but also generously helped answer questions in the chat. The volume of questions across various platforms was quite a lot for one person to handle, so your support was invaluable. I am sorry if your question not being answered inhibited you from submitting.
Next time I host a competition, I’ll ensure we have a full team dedicated to providing quick and thorough responses. You have all made this competition worth it and hopefully we can have another one next year, but for now lets see who wins my favorite part of this competition…THE CAR!
You all are amazing, and thank you for your patience throughout the competition. I’ve been absolutely blown away by the quality of submissions. I am skimming through them all today and have been astonished at how many can truly make the world a better place.
Will we get any kind of confirmation that the content we sent was successfully received and the submission was updated? And is it ok to send an update to a submission, or is this only for submissions that weren’t received?
Edit: I was asking specifically about emailing you any late submissions. I emailed a video link that corresponds to my submission, NutriNinja, that I wanted to update.

If I may, I’ll suggest a simple public read only spread sheet from the Google form answers, that way we can all check if our submission really got to you, this way you don’t have to answer us one by one
@Lloyd_Hightower hi The submission form didn’t allow me to submit until 12 minutes after the deadline. I submitted using the contest page’s button and would appreciate it if you could accept my submission, as I worked very hard on it. My submission email was jesus89x2@gmail.com. Additionally, everything related to Gemini in my code is in the Flutter project under the path lib/in_app_bot/features/modes/infrastructure/network. Please add this to my submission if possible, and thank you very much.
I have submitted my project repo and video link as well ontime, however, there is a small glitch in my video, just 1.5 sec of entire video there was a glitch, I have corrected it, can I resend it , is there a way to resubmit it with the new link
