URGENT: Upgrading project to Tier 2 on Google AI Studio, button isn't visible

Hi! Issue is about upgrading from tier 1 to tier 2

We have an app in the appStore, it got so many users today and we exceed our rpd. Currently we are in the tier1 and want to upgrade tier2 but upgrade button isn’t visible even we spent $250, and made payment in last 30 days.

This month’s bill isn’t came yet, but we pay the bills in last 30 days. And put additional $250 to Google Cloud Console just in case.

We need this update and it is very urgent because we receive bad feedbacks from users they can’t use the app right now. Please help us.

The upgrade button will become visible once your total cumulative spending on Google Cloud services meets the criteria listed. When you request an upgrade, our automated abuse protection system performs additional checks. Although meeting the stated qualification criteria is generally sufficient for approval, in rare cases an upgrade request may be denied based on other factors identified during the review process.
