Hello Google Antigravity Support,
I am writing to formally request either a refund or an immediate product fix regarding the current token limitations on the Ultra plan. I have attempted to submit this issue via the dedicated bug reporting pipeline (which is buggy itself) and through the support email. I have not heard back.
I am on your highest-tier Ultra subscription, intended for professional developers, yet Antigravity is running out of tokens in less than an hour of normal use — in practice, approximately 34 minutes of actual development work while using 1 agent (let alone multi agent mode through the agent manager feature). This is not a minor inconvenience. It materially disrupts professional workflows, breaks continuity, and makes the product unreliable and unusable for serious engineering use.
The core issue is that the available token budget appears to be far far too low for the type of sustained technical work Antigravity is marketed to support. Professional developers do not work in isolated short bursts. We work through iterative debugging, implementation, refactoring, context retention, testing, and follow-up prompts. A plan positioned as premium should be capable of supporting that without collapsing before even an hour of productive work is completed. Forcing users to wait 4 to 5 hours between each 34 minute development session is ridiculous.
This current experience is alienating professional users and undermining confidence in the platform and in Google’s brand. It creates a mismatch between the expectations set by the Ultra tier and the actual service being delivered as well as sowing mistrust towards Google itself. especially at the price-point. Open AI’s Codex for instance, does not have these rate limiting issues.
I am therefore requesting the following:
-
A clear explanation of the actual token limits and usage model applied to the Ultra plan.
-
An immediate fix and substantial increase to the token capacity so the product can support real development sessions.
-
A refund, credit, or other appropriate compensation if this limitation is known and currently unresolved.
-
4. A fix to the debugging pipeline that can connect bug reports to actual tickets and ticket resolution.
Please treat this as a serious product and customer retention issue. If Google intends Antigravity to be used by engineers and technical professionals, the current token limits need to be corrected quickly.
I would appreciate a prompt response with either a concrete remediation path or confirmation of refund/credit options.
Sincerely,
Me.
