I am currently experiencing Error Code 253 (Quota Exceeded) on my account, which is completely blocking my workspace on Google Flow.
As an active Google AI Pro subscriber, I should have access to higher tier limits, but the system seems to be caught in a backend quota synchronization bug. I have already tried clearing my cache and cookies, but the error persists.
Could a moderator or developer please manually refresh/reset my account’s quota or escalate this to the engineering team?

I am using a paid AI Pro account for my animation project. Today I got hit by “Error code 253: The number of requests sent exceeds the quota limit”. I tried clearing the browser cache, but it didn’t help. It seems like a synchronization bug on the server side. Could you please manually reset or unfreeze my account quota as soon as possible? Thank you!
I am also currently experiencing Error Code 253 (Quota Exceeded) on my accounts, I was not even using flow since yesterday. Just open my flow workspace project and got this error. I’m sure it’s from your end bug issues.

Thanks for the report & apologies. We don’t believe this issue ever affected AI Studio / Gemini API. This is now confirmed as fixed in Flow.
