[URGENT] Pro Account Locked by Error 253 - Requesting Manual Quota Reset

Hello Support and Moderation Team,

I am a Pro subscriber, but I am currently completely locked out of Google Flow due to Error Code 253 (Quota Exceeded).

It keeps kicking me out and not letting me into the site at all. Because of this, I am entirely blocked from accessing any of my previously generated images or my workspace. I have not hit my actual Pro limits, so I seem to be caught in the current backend quota sync glitch.

Could a moderator please manually refresh my account’s quota so I can get back in?

Thanks for the report & apologies. We don’t believe this issue ever affected AI Studio / Gemini API. This is now confirmed as fixed in Flow.
