Error 253? Despite Pro membership

Hello Support and Moderation Team,

I am writing because I am currently experiencing Error Code 253 (Quota Exceeded) on my account. As a Pro subscriber, I should have access to higher limits, but the system is incorrectly flagging me with a lockout that is preventing me from completing my projects.

I appreciate the hard work you’re doing to manage the Labs’ experimental features, but this “glitch” is currently a total blocker for my work. Since this appears to be a backend sync issue and not a true over-usage on my part, I am requesting that a moderator or dev manually refresh my account’s quota or escalate this to the engineering team immediately.

I have already tried clearing my cache and restarting, but the error persists. I would appreciate a swift resolution so I can get back to using the tools I am subscribed to.

Same here. I only generated 2 images and got locked out on pro account and the same thing happened yesterday!

Me too.
On google flow, Character tab → Clicked one of the character → automatically, it generated a character prompt in the prompt input area → I was doing other things in other browser tabs → back to the flow tab → it says error 253.

Facing the same issue here and it’s really messing up with my work and datelines…
