To the Antigravity Support Team,
I am writing this as a Pro Subscriber to report a critical system error that has completely locked me out of the service I am paying for.
As shown in the attached screenshots, my account is showing a refresh time of 161 to 163 hours (nearly 7 full days) across all models, including Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude 4.6, and GPT-OSS. This happened despite me being a paid user and even after I tried reinstalling the application.
This is unacceptable for a Pro service for the following reasons:
-
Extreme Delay: A 163-hour wait time is not a “limit,” it is a system lockout that prevents me from using the tools I paid for.
-
System Bug: The counter increased from 88 hours to 163 hours after a clean reinstall, indicating a severe server-side metadata synchronization error (Bug AG-859 or similar).
-
Service Interruption: I am currently paying for a subscription that I cannot use for a full week due to your system’s technical failure.
I request that you manually reset my usage limits immediately and investigate why my account was flagged with this excessive cooldown period. I also expect a compensation or extension for the days I have been unable to access the Pro features.

Hi @kurd_aga ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have escalated the issue to our internal teams for a thorough investigation. You can follow the updates in the main thread1 for Claude model, thread2 and thread3 for Gemini models.
To ensure our engineering team can investigate and resolve these issues effectively, we highly recommend filing bug reports directly through the Antigravity in-app feedback tool. You can do this by navigating to the top-right corner of the interface, clicking the Feedback icon, and selecting Report Issue.

@Thatipamula_Namratha There are no “updates” in the 2 Gemini model threads you cited.
Now it’s bad then later, I create one plan, and I have 20% but
Your plan’s baseline quota will refresh on 3/11/2026, 10:36:08 AM. You can upgrade to the Google AI Ultra plan to receive the highest rate limits. .

I am stuck and frustrated. What should I do for next 5 days?
Sincerely need your attention. I feel like crying. Last two weeks had been really hopeless and helpless.
Haven’t used Antigravity on any third party apps. What should I say?

Dear Google AI Support Team,
I am writing to report a significant issue regarding my Antigravity quota. Recently, my account (Google AI Pro subscriber) has been restricted with an unusually long reset period. Specifically, my Gemini 3.1 Pro and Claude 4.6 models currently show a reset time of 4 to 5 days, which is inconsistent with the standard Pro-tier rolling reset policy.
I would like to clarify my usage patterns for your review:
-
Low Usage Intensity: I typically use the tool for coding and development for less than half a day (under 4 hours) during my work sessions.
-
Infrequent Activity: I do not use the service every day. My primary tasks involve standard backend development (such as .NET WebAPI and Docker containerization) and front-end logic for a WeChat mini-program project.
-
Nature of Work: My work at a university press involves digital transformation projects, where I use these AI models as coding assistants rather than for high-frequency automated tasks or data scraping.
I have already attempted to log out and re-authenticate my account, but the multi-day lockout remains. This situation is severely impacting my project progress, particularly for my ongoing “Track” application development.
Could you please investigate whether this is a technical bug or an accidental trigger of an anti-abuse mechanism? I would appreciate it if you could restore my account to the standard 5-hour rolling reset cycle as per my subscription.
It seems I am one of the very few people facing this problem. I actually see less than 10-15 people raising their voice in these forum. Total views is under 200. So if only 10-15 people are facing this issue globally then the number is not significant enough for Google to act upon, I get that.
In between, if anyone has found an effective workarund please share because thers an absolute silence from Google end.
You are not among the minors.you are amoung major, but all devs come looking for a solution, not critisie Google. Because I don’t think there is any point in writing the same thing over and over again. They are not even testing it before launching.have you seen Antigravity change logs? For a stable and tested product, they are rolling out patches way too frequently.

Many are facing this bug. Definitely not minors…
