Title: URGENT: Prepay balance sync issue - 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED despite active billing account
Hi Google AI Studio Team,
I am experiencing the known billing migration bug where my project is stuck throwing a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED (“Your prepayment credits are depleted”) error, despite having an active, funded, paid-up Google Cloud Billing account linked to my project.
Here are my details:
- Project Names affected: “Default Gemini Project” and “STPM”
- Billing Account Name: My Billing Account 2
- Billing Account Tier Cap: MYR 1,022.13
- Current Issue: The funds sit successfully in the Cloud Console, but the AI Studio Prepay wallet shows RM 0.00 / is frozen and will not sync.
Could a staff member please review my account and trigger a manual synchronization to push the credits to my AI Studio wallet so my application can resume functioning?
