I am experiencing the known balance synchronization bug in Google AI Studio.
Today I purchased prepayment credits directly via the Gemini API Billing page. My dashboard successfully displays a confirmed positive balance of SEK 144.36.
However, whenever my application attempts to call the API or generate content, it is immediately blocked with the following error:
“Your prepay credits are depleted. Buy credits or switch to a project in a different billing account to continue.”
I have already verified that my Project Spend Cap is not set to zero and tried generating a fresh API key, but the API gateway remains locked. Could a community manager or engineer please manually trigger a billing ledger force-sync for my account?
