You can see a call here continued for 135696 seconds or 37 hours and 41 minutes!!! And I’ve been billed for this. I can see that this has happened a number of times over the last few days, resulting in huge bills.
Google Team - how do I get a refund for this? What are you doing to address this? I’ve moved over to Open AI as your API isn’t suitable for production.
@Akhilesh_Kambhampati are their known issues also affecting 2.5 pro? I’ve been using this model and been over-charged. However, the other post in the forum only mentions 2.5 flash.
I was also charged for Gemini 2.5 Pro model and Veo 3 Audio Generation model that I never used. I have never used the 2.5 Pro model before, and I have never even heard of the Veo 3 model.
