[URGENT] Antigravity AI Ultra ($250/mo) Account Locked - False Positive Suspension (Case ID: 2-4822000040957)

Hi Antigravity Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue with my account. I am a premium subscriber of the Antigravity AI Ultra plan ($250/month), but I have been locked out of the service due to what I strongly believe is a False Positive detection by the automated scanner.

The Issue: Upon updating/launching Antigravity, my account was flagged for violating Terms of Service (ToS). After investigation, I found that the system flagged a legacy, inactive documentation folder named openclaw_ai_agent_infrastructure located in my local knowledge base directory (~/.gemini/antigravity/...).

Clarification:

  1. I have NOT used any third-party reverse proxies or unauthorized bridge tools.

  2. The folder detected was simply a leftover technical document, not an active program or bridge.

  3. I have already completely deleted all legacy files and cleaned my local environment to ensure full compliance with official guidelines.

Current Status:

  • I have already submitted the official compliance appeal form.

  • I have contacted Google One Support (Case ID: 2-4822000040957), and they recommended I reach out here for technical escalation.

  • Despite my $250/month subscription being active, I still cannot log in and am being redirected to the appeal page.

Request: Could an engineer please review my account logs? I need an manual refresh of my account’s OAuth entitlement so I can resume my work.

I’ve attached the screenshot showing the legacy folder that triggered this false alarm.

Thank you for your prompt assistance.
